Dan began investing in the Seattle real estate market in the 1970s. In 2001, he founded IAGL, Inc., a residential and multi-family real estate investment and development company in the region.
Prior to founding the company, Dan spent over 20 years as a large-scale construction manager for various national & multi-national energy service corporations in Alaska. He successfully completed projects with budgets in excess of $50 million and managed crews of over 200 individuals.
Dan serves as the general contractor for the company's construction projects and is actively involved in new property acquisitions, financing and managing the investment portfolio.
Sara joined the IAGL, Inc. team as an owner in 2003. She oversees new property acquisitions, marketing, financing, sales, and financial reporting functions for IAGL, Inc. Sara also manages the existing real estate portfolio.
Sara has owned and operated small businesses for over 25 years. Prior to joining IAGL, Inc., Sara was an associate at Buerk Craig Victor, LLC, a Northwest venture capital firm, where she oversaw fundraising activities. During her tenure, the firm raised its first fund and closed on over $20 million from high net worth and institutional investors.
Sara holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Washington School of Business. She serves on the Advisory Board for the Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Washington. She is also an advisory board member of the WE Lead program (Women in Entrepreneurial Leadership) at the UW.
